Inspection checklist

- Excessive amount of grit in the gutters from aging shingles shedding granules.
- Flat or membrane roofs that show holes, blisters, or ponding where standing water can seep into the underlayers.
- Metal roofing that shows corrosion or loose, bent, or dented panels caused by debris or hail.
